By John Darash

Mat 21:15  And when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying in the temple, and saying, Hosanna to the son of David; they were sore displeased, Mat 21:16  And said unto him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?

Psa 127:3  Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. Psa 127:4  As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. Psa 127:5  Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.

NOAH’S HOUSE            Gen 7:1  And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.

LEAVE HIS HOUSE            Gen 12:1  Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will show thee:

THE HOUSE OF LIVI        Exo 2:1  And there went a man of the house of Levi, and took to wife a daughter of Levi.

MANY HOUSES        Exo 12:3 Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house: Exo 12:4  And if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his neighbour next unto his house take it according to the number of the souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for the lamb.

HOUSE         (the corporate church family.)        Mat 19:29  And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life.

WIDOWS HOUSE (husband (Christ) is dead to them)        Mat 23:14  Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.

LIGHT (Christ) IN THE HOUSE        Mat 5:14  Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Mat 5:15  Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

FEED HIS HOUSE        Mat 24:43  But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

RAISE A FAMILY IN CHRIST        Luke 6:47  Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will show you to whom he is like: Luke 6:48  He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock. Luke 6:49  But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.

A WORTHY HOUSE        Mat 10:12  And when ye come into an house, salute it. Mat 10:13  And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you.

CARE FOR THE BABES IN THE HOUSE        Luke 18:15  And they brought unto him also infants, that he would touch them: but when his disciples saw it, they rebuked them. Luke 18:16  But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. Luke 18:17  Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.

THE LORD FATHERS HIS SUCKLINGS        Psa 8:1  To the chief Musician upon Gittith, A Psalm of David. O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens. Psa 8:2  Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.

THE BABES GO FORTH TO        Joel 2:15  Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly: Joel 2:16  Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet.

THE LORD FATHERS HIS UNBORN        Psa 22:9  … thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts. Psa 22:10  I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly.

Psa 139:13  For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother's womb.

Luke 1:41  And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost: Luke 1:42  And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb. Luke 1:43  And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me? Luke 1:44  For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.

New Testament Command             Eph 6:4  And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

Deu 32:46  And he said unto them, Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law.

Deu 11:18 Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. Deu 11:19 And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.
